HS300 Compliant Racecraft
The RS6 'Setro' stands as the pinnacle of Arctara's development efforts. It runs on the same principles as the RS5, with a similar tera-cored MFR system, but it has been heavily optimized for precise control & maximum performance.
The Setro ranks among the top in the HSRL; taking second place in the Rod Canyon time rankings and being one of the first to break the 24 second barrier. It firmly stands as our most innovative and outstanding craft yet.
THE SETRO TRAVERSES A FINE LINE BETWEEN
HS300 AND HS500
The R1 Microfusion Ramjet platform has been with Arctara for the long haul. Its performance is unmatched, delivering a massive amount of thrust in a small package.
The Setro utilizes the 11th version of REDEX's R1-MFR, the R1.XI. With an improved fusion chamber, engineered composites, and improved injection parallels, the R1-XI is 20% lighter, while generating 1.2 times more energy with the same input.
With a minimum power output of 600 MW, the Setro pushes itself to the top, with performance more remarkable than any racecraft in the HS300.
Our engineers have spent months with a CFD simulator working on maximizing the atmospheric potential of the Setro.
Each exterior panel is constructed to reduce drag and turbulence while increasing stability. A perfected component structure allows the Setro to further allocate it's space to streamlining itself through the air.
In the end, we've ended up surpassing our target drag coefficient of 0.28 Cd by three tenths, finalizing at 0.25 Cd.
Arctara is known for being ahead of the curve. Designs from days gone by still stand revolutionary, so we utilize them in today's racecraft.
The Setro is a blend of the RS5's performance capabilities and the RS4's aerodynamic traits. The result? A ship that exceeds both of them.
